**The role**

We are seeking a dedicated **New Vehicle Administration / Receptionist** to provide excellent support to our sales team. In this role, you will act as the connecting piece between Apollo's customers and Sales team.

Your day will involve assisting customers with queries about products, providing quotations and information on stock availability, orders and deliveries.

You will also be liaising with our Sales Consultants and provide support by organising deliveries and purchases for new customers, processing orders, and keeping track of customer information.

**About you**

Ideally you will have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Experience in an automotive dealership (RV and Caravan industry experience highly regarded).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
