• Proven Sales Manager or automotive leadership experience
• Strong track record of smashing sales goals and motivating teams to success
• Commitment to exceptional customer experiences and improving NPS outcomes
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and people leadership skills
• A goal-driven mindset with the organisational skills to keep a business performing
• Manual Driver\'s Licence (Motor Salesperson/Dealer Licence preferred)
