BYD North Lakes require a full-time team New Car Sales Consultant to join their team.

BYD has been the most exciting new manufacturer in the automotive industry for decades. Now the world's largest New Energy Vehicle producer, with 4 fully electric models; BYD Dolphin, BYD Atto3, BYD Seal and the all new BYD Sealion 7 Along with Introducing the thrilling new Plug-in Hybrid BYD Sealion6 and BYD Shark6 now available in Australia. Stay tuned for several new models launching in 2025 & 2026 as BYD has ambitious plans for the Australian market. Working exclusively with BYD new energy vehicles, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for this exciting new brand in Australia.

About the role

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences 

  • Present and demonstrate new and used vehicle options 

  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery 

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers 

  • Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs 



Skills & Experience 

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach 

  • Current driver's licence
