**Your new company**
Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. They are seeking an Environmental Change Specialist to join their team for a 24-month fixed term contract.

**Your new role**
The Environment Change Specialist will manage the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process for on-ground projects. You will provide advice and support for the implementation of on-ground project and operational change activities to ensure the changes are made in accordance with environmental obligations and EMS requirements. You will provide insights into the organisations environmental and sustainability change performance with a view to identify opportunities as they relate to projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science or Management (or equivalent degree), and 5 years’ experience within this technical discipline
- Demonstrated record of conducting environmental impact assessments
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of Environmental Management Plans
- Demonstrated experience in conducting environmental assurance activities
- Understanding of key contemporary environmental issues (related to aviation) in a geographically asset diverse organisation and high community expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver work on schedule, whilst working on multiple tasks with competing priorities
