With a strong reputation throughout the property industry. This market leader is currently looking for a hard-working individual that is ready to take the next step in their career.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Converting client queries into appointments for our senior sales associates.
- Handling all warm to hot leads with clients who have expressed interest in further information
- Be the first point of contact for all client queries and provide great customer service
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Great office location

**ABOUT YOU**
- A grade in telephone communication and customer service skills
- Proven success in delivering customer service
- Knowledge of superannuation or willingness to learn
- Direct sales and appointment-setting experience
- Self-motivated with a sense of humor
- Passionate about helping people
