The Sales Administrator is responsible to provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction, and provides a high level of administration support to multiple departments across the group.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for all sales enquiries
- Prepare sales quotes in a standard format
- Follow up sales quotes and calls - assist the sales team to make sales
- Prepare and generate documents and proposals
- Manage the sales teams calendar and appointment
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Be honest, ethical, knowledgeable and of good character
- Can problem solve, process issues, show initiative and identify areas of business improvement
- Customer and company focused, to meet and exceed the desired result for both
- Have the ability to communicate with all types of people on all levels

**Skills**
- Professional communication and exceptional customer service
- Strong Word and Excel
- Previous experience using a job management program
