Your responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our services (qualifying them), and then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet with our organisation’s Sales Representatives. You will also be required to keep an up-to-date sales pipeline in our sales CRM + update our sales tracking spreadsheets at the end of each day.
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

We are an extremely fast-growing virtual assistant agency that pairs Aussie business owners with Virtual Assistants in the Philippines. Our team specialise in marketing, content creation, sales support, customer service, lead generation and admin support.

We want someone that has a desire to succeedand we want to pay you a lot of commissions when you do succeed
Seeing as our business is less than 2 years old, it is constantly changing. So if you are someone that likes to do things a certain way because ‘that is how we have always done it’, this job is not for you.
You will be required to do ongoing training and role-play every week, so you must enjoy learning/growing and working to improve your skills based on live feedback from your manager/the rest of the sales team.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer basic questions and concerns about the services
- Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered in our sales CRM
- Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
- Keeping the sales pipeline up to date at all times
- Daily KPI tracking
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- A drive and hunger to succeed in your role
- Desire to grow with the company and as a team as we hire more sales reps and appointment setters
**KPIs/Commissions/Hours**
- Your KPI will be to book at least 5-7 appointments per day.
- We will supply you with leads from paid campaigns but you are more than welcome to also generate your own leads by cold calling or doing direct outreach.
- Based on previous appointment setters, this should take around 2 hrs to get 6-7 bookings, but you will be paid per booking so you can work for as many or as few hours as you desire.
- You will get a base salary per hour that is in alignment with the average salary for your age and qualifications.
- On top of your base salary, your regular commission will be $30 per booking if they actually show up to the Zoom call (you will need to send reminders to increase the show-up rate). So, if you are hitting your KPIs, you will be making between $250-$350/day commission on top of your base wage.
- We run sales meetings for around 30-60 mins each day, where we review calls, role play and do live training/feedback sessions. You will be required to attend these and will be paid by the hour for your time spent in these sessions.
