Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter, located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting and scheduling appointments and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. These leads are warm/hot enquiries. No cold leads. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, managing appointment calendars, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Skills in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in sales or customer service role
• Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software is preferred
