Position:
Our purpose built, privately owned long day care centre located in Wyndham vale is seeking a highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic individual with relevant qualifications to come and join our team as a Full-time Childcare Worker.

Salary range:

- $38 to $39 per hour

Skills and Experience:

- Helping set up educational and play materials and organizing necessary equipment for children's learning and recreational tasks
- Supporting positive behaviour and fostering social skills among children
- Planning and leading engaging activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs
- Keeping children entertained through storytelling, interactive play, and games
- Overseeing children's participation in leisure activities to ensure safety and engagement
- Monitoring and maintaining children's daily routines
- Ensuring children follow proper hygiene practices and assisting them when necessary
- Responsible for the guidance/support/direction/discipline and general supervision of staff, students and volunteers working within the Childcare service.

Qualification

Certificate III least two years

Or

AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) and at least 1 year work exp

Pay: From $74,000.00 per year
