Female Disability Support Worker

Hands to Hearts Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Female NDIS Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one care and support to people with disabilities in their homes or in the community.
About the client:
Our participant is a 7-year-old male diagnosed who is non-verbal. The participant requires support during the weekends and needs help with community access and outdoor activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing person-centered care and support to clients with disabilities
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and domestic tasks
- Supporting clients to participate in social and recreational activities
- Implementing and monitoring individual support plans
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- National Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
