• $76,711 pa + 12% super (level 2)

Join City of Moreton Bay as an Administration Officer in our Waste and Resource Recovery department, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.

As an Administration Officer, you'll manage correspondence, customer requests and escalations, work on briefing notes and presentations, meeting agendas and minutes, as well as purchasing, processing invoices and credit card reconciliation.

The Waste and Resource Recovery department supports the management of 12 waste management facilities, 45,000 curb side bin collections each day, regulation and compliance reporting, and community engagement and education. The team works on a high volume of tasks, interacting with residents, visitors and contractors, all to support our focuses of avoiding waste, reusing, recycling, and resource recovery, with landfill as a last resort.

About you

We're looking for your strong administration experience, working in a high volume, customer focused environment, and time management abilities to deliver multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
