**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience - Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role desirable.
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail - A meticulous approach to processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
- Organisational Skills - Strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Team Collaboration - A friendly team player with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-Solving - Confidence in resolving discrepancies and handling payment queries.

**Description**:
**What You’ll Do**:
Process invoices accurately and efficiently within specified deadlines.
Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
Manage payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries.
Contribute to month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and information.
Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
