About the role & the team

ANZx follows Agile principles, working with a mix of complex orchestration across multiple value streams, services and other partners with varying levels of Agile maturity. We are looking for people who have a deep understanding and experience with Agile delivery and can help interpret the specific delivery intent and form an approach that helps us reach great delivery outcomes.

What could your day look like?

Managing the strategic delivery dependencies and align synergies across multiple squads - this includes scope, develop & track progress on plans, support releases, end to end risk management and understanding dependencies
Whilst not a direct people leadership role you will lead and enable 3 diverse squads consisting of analysts, engineers and testers
Utilising data and insights to monitor performance and continuously improve speed and accuracy of deliverables
Extensive stakeholder engagement and influencing in order to gain support for or agreement to an idea, concept and shared clarity.
What might you bring?

Curious and creative you have a good understanding of software engineering, test and or development - any risk, controls or compliance knowledge will be handy in our regulated environment
Technical PM or Agile delivery experience with a pragmatic, sensible approach to delivery
Leadership, coaching and influencing skills - our ADL’s are highly visible and require a cool head and an understated influencing style
Deep knowledge of cloud (we predominantly use GCP) to host our apps and as well as our CI/CD pipelines
Microservices (API) architecture knowledge will help
Commerciality and technology curious, you’re across emerging trends and innovations and like to test and learn
Your experience could be from any number of industries, we’re open to background but we’d like to see a mature agile working environment.
