The **delivery lead** will support the delivery manager in guiding and leading cross functional teams and drive quality product development through delivery expertise.

You will be part of and help promote a large Agile team, building and operating world class services to help support business critical systems.

Working to an Agile delivery model, you’ll be based within one of the best digital teams in the country, with the latest tools and technologies, on projects that will challenge and excite you. No two days will be alike. You’ll be encouraged and supported to achieve both individual and business goals, in a fast-paced environment that is inclusive and progressive.

**What skills are required**
- Strong Agile Delivery experience
- Experience managing technical teams ( software engineers)
- Ability to implement modern software development practices ( TDD, BDD, pair programming, CI/ CD
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to build high performing teams and scale
- Experience managing geographically separated teams
