Our busy real estate team in Adelaide are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Associate keen to grow and develop in a team of property professionals and industry experts.

**The Role**

This role will see you working on a variety of transactional matters, as well as providing you with lots of client contact and allowing you technical independence.

You will be tasked with supporting the acquisition, development and leasing of large scale property transactions as well as developing your expertise around the impact of stamp duty, land tax and GST to provide our clients the best advice in their property transactions. The diversity of this practice group will see you become one of the future recognised Best Lawyers in Australia.

**The Team**

Our property team is led by Tony Britten-Jones and Adam Rinaldi, two industry recognised experts in the property industry. Their working styles are driven by client excellence, and they are committed to the service of our clients and lead by example. In addition to access to two partners you will have the opportunity to be mentored and coached by other excellent and technically proficient lawyers in the team.

**About you**
- Admitted with between 2 and 4 years PQE experience in property, preferably in a commercial law firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- A team player, willing to collaborate with the wider team
