Our Valued client is a Real Estate business based in St Mary’s and is in seek of a Sales Associate to join their growing team. They are seeking a sales associate to actively prospect for new business and assist the lead agent with all sales tasks relating to the sale of properties including prospecting, conducting open for inspections, and helping at auctions. Retainer/Salary/Commission is negotiable depending on experience/ data base and current sales listings.

**Key Skills, Qualifications and Attributes**
- Real Estate Sales Representative License (minimum Cert IV)
- Flexibility with your time and an ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning new software
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Self - motivation, organisational skill and solid computer skills
- Strong customer service focus and skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work collaboratively with all staff in ensuring compliance with the business direction and culture and the execution of functions in respect to Customer Service
- A current Driver’s License
