About the role

We have an exciting 12 month maternity leave contract role for a Marketing Specialist to join Elders Real Estate

As a leading real estate network, we are committed to providing our clients with solutions that meet their needs across every aspect of their business and real estate investments.

Our real estate businesses deliver a vast range of exciting initiatives, with this position having a hands on role in delivering outstanding marketing campaigns and national event calendar. We are seeking an innovative Marketing and Events Specialist to implement marketing and communication initiatives, work closely with our franchise network on LAM activity and to assist with the management of a number of gala event evenings.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development, execution and maintenance of network marketing activities with the Real Estate Marketing Manager
Plan and coordinate the annual awards events in each State and the national conference.
Identify and communicate marketing plans/opportunities to take advantage of synergies between the segments
Assist with the implementation and coordination of RE marketing programs
Manage marketing on-boarding for new offices
Assist with the opening of new Elders offices to create signage and communications
Maintain, update and communicate a calendar of product campaign activities.

About you

Proven success in the development, execution and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities
Proven success in planning and delivering events such as gala dinners, training days and conferences
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to use research and data driven solutions to underpin marketing and communications planning
Ability to develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies to support business growth
Proactive initiative and drive to provide high levels of service
Demonstrated experience in producing high quality marketing and communication materials, basic adobe suite experience desirable.
Experience in real estate marketing desirable but not necessary
