About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team.

Our real estate businesses are entering an aggressive expansion phase and we have an exciting digital marketing role to support this growth in our residential real estate network. We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital and online initiatives to support the Real Estate marketing and communications strategy and increase our national profile.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, execute and report on marketing campaigns across all digital channels (social, website, SEM and SEO) to achieve marketing objectives and drive growth
Plan, develop and deliver innovative and engaging content for all Elders Real Estate social media channels (FB, IG and LN), including copywriting and graphic elements
Own and drive website improvements including proptech integrations
Promote and actively utilise research and data driven solutions to underpin digital marketing and communications activity

About you

3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role
Proven success in the development, execution and reporting on tactical marketing campaigns and social media activity
Solid understanding of the Meta Suite, Google Analytics and other digital platforms
Experience managing a complex website structure ideally with WordPress experience
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Proactive initiative and drive to provide high levels of service
Experience in real estate industry is desirable but not necessary.
