Recently striking a deal to be distributed across 200 premium Woolworths stores, StrangeLove is seeking to accelerate its current growth and brand awareness by force feeding unassuming woollies customers soft drink in tiny cups. To roll out a tasting program across multiple Victorian Woolworths locations, we are searching for a part time role ongoing. This flexible role will be based across multiple Victorian inner city locations - so a valid Australian driver’s license and your own vehicle is a must.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A friendly, personable demeanour. Must be able to hold a conversation and not frighten the elderly.
- Relationship building skills. The more the Woolworths store managers like you as a human, the easier your job will be.
- An understanding of mixing drinks, drinking drinks and pairing spirits & mixers.
- Flexibility to travel and work across different locations in innner city areas
- Licence to drive in Australia & your own vehicle.
- Must possess a personality (or remnants of one left over from the 90s).
- Sense of humour optional but highly recommended - to cope with the Karen’s who become unnecessarily offended by a kind human trying to give them tiny samples of delicious beverages.
- Open to wearing an unfashionable t-shirt that says ‘StrangeLove’ (you can BYO pants).
- Some weekend and after-hours work required. Could suit a parent, student or someone too lazy to work full time.
- Ok with being on your feet for 3-4 hours at a time and some light lifting.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sampling the range of StrangeLove products at high traffic Woolworths.
- Engaging consumers and teaching them about the StrangeLove brand and our unique products.
- Perform a sales spiel - to convert tasting to purchase.
- Transport stock and tasting stand to various locations for set up (our products are glass bottled, bulky and a little heavy - small muscles and light lifting is required)
- Set up and pull down of tasting stand.
- Liaison with Woolworths stores and managers to implement the tasting program.

DELIVERABLES
- Engagements & sales per shift.
- On time set up & attendance to rostered shifts.
- Management of store level contacts to form strong brand awareness.
- Don’t be too much of an idiot.
- Be nice to the elderly - even the mean ones.

ROLE DETAILS
- 12-20 hrs per week
- $35 per hour
- Evenings and weekend shifts required
- 3.5hrs per shift
