Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Multi Region Manager (VIC/SA/TAS) to join its passionate team.

About the role

At T2, our growth depends on building customer-obsessed, commercially capable, and knowledgeable leaders who can deliver exceptional experiences, elevate our product and service capability, and scale our brand and revenue.

The Multi Region Retail Manager VIC/SA/TAS is responsible for the leadership and performance of their retail region. This includes driving sales and EBIT, developing customer-first teams, ensuring safe and compliant operations, and executing T2’s omni-channel strategy.

This role is deliberately hands-on and store-focused - spending meaningful time with Cluster Managers and Store Managers on the floor, coaching, developing, and solving problems side-by-side. The role owns store standards and customer satisfaction across the region and is empowered to make decisions and resolve issues on the spot to protect brand experience and operational excellence. In addition, the role identifies opportunities for retail innovation and improvement, contributes to shaping strategy, suggests changes to policy or processes, and escalates issues to the Support Office to enable faster, better decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- In-Store Presence: Lead with a strong store visit cadence, coaching Cluster, Store Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
- Commercial & Performance Delivery: Own sales, wages, EBIT, expense and trade KPI targets (Conversion, ATV, IPC, Loyalty) across the region, driving profitable growth and disciplined cost control.
- Customer & Brand Leadership: Own store standards and customer satisfaction; ensure every store executes product storytelling, VM, and service standards that bring T2’s brand to life.
- Empowered Decision-Making: Take ownership of issues in the field and resolve them immediately where possible, escalating only when required.
- People Leadership & Capability: Build, coach, and succession-plan for Cluster Managers and Store Managers, ensuring a pipeline of future-ready leaders.
- Omni Execution: Champion Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, and omni processes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.
- Profit Protection & Safety: Safeguard stock, cash, and people through shrink reduction, loss prevention, WHS, and food safety standards.
- Process & Policy Execution: Embed consistency across sales, operations, and compliance, simplifying where possible to make life easier for store teams.
- Retail Innovation & Strategy: Identify retail innovation opportunities, contribute to shaping strategy, and suggest improvements that scale growth.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Escalate issues and insights from the field to Support Office teams, collaborating to deliver fixes and continuous improvement.
- Projects & Openings: Lead regional delivery of store openings, refits, closures, and other initiatives on time and to brand standard .

Life at T2

- Competitive salary with bonus earning potential with T2’s monthly sales incentive program.
- Enjoy a 50% discount to spoil yourself, plus endless cups of tea.
- Get recognition and rewards. T2 celebrates our teams contributions through our Moment Makers program, featuring exciting prizes.
- Volunteer leave day per year with a purpose aligned organisation.
- Workplace policies with impact: Menopause policy, Gender equity policy, Equitable remuneration policy and Flexible working arrangement options, including hybrid work.
