We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Adelaide CBD.

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture Manager you will be a team player, generalist in HR and have a positive professional mannerism.

**Your areas of responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Overseeing the human resources department.
- Hiring new staff members or managing existing ones.
- Ensuring that employees are happy, healthy, and productive.
- Employee recognition
- Collaborating on suggestions for individual training that will enhance growth and development.
- Generalist HR duties.
- Develop and implement strategies that will attract, engage, and develop employees and build upon a high-performance culture.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the latest workplace legislation
- Previous experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Be a proactive individual with great time management skills
- Previous experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous.

This role is permanent located in the CBD. Flexibility with working from home, and a fantastic organisation with a collaborative environment and forward thinking initiatives.
