My Client is one of Australia's largest independently owned and operated logistics and transport companies. They offer a broad range of logistics services including: full end-to-end solutions, lead logistics and off site receiving for the energy and resource sectors, freight, warehousing, refrigerated services, retail distribution, transport,specialised projects and time critical services.

The Warehouse administrator role involves a variety of tasks such as,
- Interacting with clients and maintaining effective communication.
- Performing general administrative tasks.
- Conducting data entry to input and organise information.
- Completing time sheets to accurately record work hours.
- Entering work orders to initiate and track tasks.
- Reviewing and approving invoices for payment.
- Providing excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Intermediate
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Microsoft suites.
- Blue-collar experience in a related field, providing practical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, promoting effective interaction.
- Strong safety awareness, prioritising the well-being of oneself and others.
- Collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
- Positive work ethic, demonstrating dedication and professionalism.
- Initiative and adaptability, being proactive and flexible in approach.
