Sales Specialist | Manage Sales existing customer base and inbound enquires | Energy Capital Equipment
**Your new company**
My client is a manufacturer, designer, producer and distributor of a range of Diesel and Gas Generators, Air Compressors and Lighting Towers who also in additional to the product sales offer after-sales and warranty support to a wide customer base in need of Energy Capital Equipment.
The customer base is mostly contractors and end users in Commercial, Industrial and Civil & Infrastructure Construction, but opportunities are not limited exclusively in those industry verticals, for example Mining and Agricultural.
**Your new role**
A Sales Specialist is required to assist a Sales team as they look to keep up with the demand and growth being realised in the business.
The role will primarily be to manage Sales to an existing customer base and inbound enquires, maximising revenue lines and closing deals - the role requires regular travel to meet with clients across NSW and beyond where required.
The role is a hands on position, quoting on the job, negotiating contracts, preparing invoices and working with internal stakeholders to ensure adequate stock levels and fulfilment on orders are smooth.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience selling in a technical sales role, leveraging your technical experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- Thorough sales process, managing the lifecycle of a sale from the first conversation and discovery, through tailoring the product solution based on the client's requirements, the close, delivery and after-sales engagement.
