We are seeking an experienced **Operations Assistant** for a 12-month fixed term to join our dynamic and fast-paced organisation. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Macquarie Park NSW, 2113

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the coordination and implementation of operational processes and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other departments
- Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

**Who we’re looking for.**

**Qualifications & Other skills**:

- 1 year of experience in an operations or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
