**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

**POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Have a strong level of knowledge across all media channels and ensure that knowledge is maintained.
- Work closely with the Senior Media Manager and Media Manager to deliver planned media campaigns within prescribed timelines and budgets.
- Maintain media schedules to ensure they are always accurate and representative of booked media.
- Have the ability to be able to use software packages such as BCC and MOVE 1.5 to run campaigns and also post analyse them.
- Have a high attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered by suppliers to agreed parameters.
- Maintain good relationships with media suppliers
- Have a passion for data and analytics that will inform positive media decisions
- Support the Media team as required
- Contribute to marketing team or cross functional projects as required
- Perform other reasonable and relevant activities in line with the role as requested from time to time to meet operational requirements
- Provide consistent daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting across media campaign activity as well as industry and competitive insights.
- Dispatch material instructions/key numbers and creative to across multiple media channels
- Reach and frequency reporting by channel

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Preferably degree qualified:

- Communications Degree
- Advertising/Marketing Degree
- Business Degree
- Ecommerce Degree
- Experience
- 1-2+ years media/or agency experience managing large clients, with a heavy focus on TV
- Experience working on insurance or finance brands highly desirable
- Using BCC and MOVE 1.5 to understand analysing media buys
