**Job Description** Entry Level**

A fantastic opportunity if you're looking for a role to kick-start your career in media sales This is a fixed term contract (maternity leave cover) as a Sales Coordinator for Nine.

You will be responsible for campaign coordination of inventory sales across the Nine portfolio of Digital and Publishing assets, working across a client base of national brands. In this
diverse role, your primary function will be to support the Sales Executive and work collaboratively with external stakeholders such as media and advertising agencies as well as internal stakeholders across the business.

**Day to day you will**:

- Provide regular reports to clients and the team on the delivery of campaigns
- Monitor delivery, proactively optimise performance and report progress against client goals
- Generate, analyse and deliver ad hoc and month end delivery reports and billing
- Assist in developing business within the account, identifying opportunities to up-sell and grow the business
- Accurately process advertising bookings with efficiency in relation to advertising operations processes and procedure
- Conduct post analysis of advertising campaigns to ensure continuous improvement

You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.

You will be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way, allowing you to build strong relationships.

**What we would like to see on your resume**:

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to quality, detail and results
- University qualification in digital media, media or communications is desirable but not required
