**Your new company**

Our client is a major Coal and Iron Ore producer and exporter with several mines across Australia seeking a Project Support Specialist to support an upcoming maintenance and strategy project

**Your new role**

As a Business Specialist, you will utilise your business knowledge and follow company principles to support a strategy and tactics project for fixed plant coal assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assess and prioritise work based on project schedule requirements
- Data entry work into standardised templates
- Communicate with key project stakeholders to ensure routine communications are maintained.
- Support workshops with maintenance personnel to populate Corrective Action information.
- Support Project Managers in running of the project budgeting, team travel mobilisation and organisational change management process.
- Assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations for project milestones.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary degree in business or similar with relevant industry experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A team-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Previous exposure to mining or heavy equipment industry
