**Essential Responsibilities**:
To meet these challenges, you will be responsible for:

- ** Commercial** - Drafting, revising, and maintaining contract documents, which includes preparing documents for customer review in line with ASDEFCON standards, negotiate final status and facilitate submission to the Commonwealth of contract CDRLs (Contract Data Requirement List), contract change proposals.
- ** Financial** - Track and model impact of any future CCPs (Contract Change Proposals) including financial impact of incorporating these into the program financial baseline, long range plans and cost model. Manage and monitor financial inputs from other parts of the business and ensure they meet internal financial and customer invoicing/reporting requirements, including but not limited to review, prepare quotes, invoices and PO’s.
- ** Compliance** & Audits** - Analyse, monitor and advise on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts. Prepare contract changes in form of CCP. Prepare and assist in contract audits.
- ** People** - maintain close working relationships with the direct peers and the wider Matrix Organisation. Engage and develop a professional relationship with all internal stakeholders such as Finance, and external with the customer.
- ** Innovation** - seek solutions to improve the services delivery and identify opportunities within contract administration and operation. Support process improvements and initiatives that impact the operations and infrastructures in place.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent related experience
- Finance / accounting knowledge
- Established Project Management Skills
- Experience with contract management
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of a Commonwealth of Australia NV1 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain such a clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role. Australian Citizen.
