**About the role

Provide strategic direction, leadership and operational management to the Redcliffe-Caboolture Psychosocial Treatment Team, Metro North Mental Health - Alcohol and Drug Service (MNMH-ADS), to ensure service provision is evidence informed and meets safety and quality standards. The Team Leader will deliver advanced-level alcohol and other drug psychotherapeutic interventions and consultancy services for people with moderate to severe substance use disorders to optimise their psychosocial outcomes and to achieve maximum benefits from health care services for them in accordance with organisational goals.

About you

Provide advice to senior management and other relevant stakeholders on community-based alcohol and other drug service demand and resourcing needs.
Facilitate effective team communication through the implementation of teamwork principles and processes to ensure cohesive multidisciplinary team function such that our clients and their families, significant others and other service providers receive safe and quality alcohol and other drug treatment.
