**The Opportunity**

The Executive Assistant works closely to the Group Manager, West and South Group and with the senior leadership group within the West and South Group.

The successful applicant will be professional and approachable, providing assistance and services to the senior leadership group and a range of key internal and external stakeholders, and will demonstrate the following:

- high level of discretion and sensitivity to emerging issues
- strong organisation skills, adaptable to change and possessing the ability to multi-task and problem solve
- ability to work to deadlines and achieve results within specified timeframes
- proficiency of diary management of the GM and associated meeting arrangements including booking travel
- contributing to a culture that aligns with NIAA values and is dedicated to achieving quality program outcomes
- supporting a Group Manager (SES Band 2) to coordinate and support leading administrative functions and operations of the Group through working closely with the Executive Officer.
