**Overview of the EL1 Project Manager Role**:
As an EL1 Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing the delivery of transformation projects within the ICT Services Branch. Specifically, you will be focusing on legal projects, making a real impact on the organisation.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Lead the development of a business case for our client's legal platform projects.
- Define project scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria for the Agency's platforms and integration environment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Establish effective working relationships with project sponsors, business teams, and external agencies.
- Provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.

**Overview of the EL2 Program Manager Role**:
As an EL2 Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead programs of work that support the agency's transformation. You will oversee multiple projects and collaborate with ICT Project Managers to achieve program success. This role reports directly to the Program Sponsor responsible for outcomes.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure adherence to agency program management standards.
- Facilitate regular Program planning, reporting, and governance forums.
- Resolve roadblocks and escalate when necessary.
- Produce comprehensive Program reports, highlighting progress and program health.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior ICT and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate workload allocation and delivery with the teams, ensuring efficient progress.
