Our high-profile federal government client is seeking an **experienced project support officer AP5 **to provide a high level of administrative assistance to a current project.

**About the role**:

- Assist in the development of a critical infrastructure security framework.
- Collaborate with team members to distribute surveys to approximately 1,000 critical infrastructure organizations using the Qualtrics system.
- Engage with industry participants, provide support, and document communications to ensure effective stakeholder management.
- Collate and organize relevant industry participant details and documentation for project implementation.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and execution of a communications plan for proactive outreach to critical infrastructure sectors.
- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, and preparing reports.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on survey responses and ensure accurate data collection.
- Assist in preparing and documenting lessons learned from the project for future reference.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a government or security-related context.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Understanding of security clearance processes and willingness to undergo necessary clearances.

**Desirable**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a human resource management or equivalent will be highly regarded.
