Expressions of Interest to start in January 2026
Join one of the Australian largest nationally significant fast-tracked programs under the National Defence Strategy.

We're seeking professionals who thrive in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and are ready to contribute to the delivery of transformative capability projects.

About The Role

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Defence capability projects.
• -Develop and manage capability document suite require to support the introduction into service of newly acquired capabilities.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team embedded in the clients team.
• Manage schedule, risk, and performance to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate across Defence, industry, and government to drive results.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in Defence capability delivery, ideally in maritime, land, or joint domains.
• Strong project management credentials.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• A commitment to supporting Australia's national Defence objectives.
• Australian Citizenship mandatory with the ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance; NV2 highly preferred.
