Job share role, 3 days per week, responsible for family engagement and administration and customer service.
- Permanent, part-time role responsible for our end-to-end enrolments process
- 24 hours per week (8 hrs per day) base salary + super + benefits
- Join a close-knit team, working alongside a highly experience Administrator.
- Gowrie Victoria is a well-regarded not for profit organisation that provides long day care and kindergarten at six sites across Melbourne.

**This role is available 3 days per week** as part of a job share arrangement with our existing highly experienced Administrator, working together one day per week. Based at our Carlton North service, you will be responsible for the following:

- Family engagement and administration including file management.
- Accurate data entry and management.
- Ensuring the privacy of our family’s personal information.
- Responding to enquiries about our early learning program and support services available to families in the local community.
- Supporting our Operations team by ensuring that all maintenance requests are logged and completed in a reasonable timeframe.

**About You**:

- A qualification in ECEC and/or business-related field (desirable).
- Sound knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector and early learning frameworks (desirable).
- Strong working knowledge of QikKids and Family Assistance Law as it relates to childcare fee assistance (desirable).
- Ability to navigate and understand the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law and National Regulations and our compliance obligations.
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of knowledge and experience across the MS Office suite of products.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to perform under limited direction, manage own time and prioritise work.
