Carlton, Victoria, Australia Arena Consultants Full time
About the Role

Are you passionate about sales and design and helping clients bring their dream spaces to life?

We're looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our growing Kitchen & Bathroom Sales team - someone who thrives in a showroom environment, loves building relationships, and takes pride in delivering tailored, design-led solutions.

In this role, you'll consult with builders, and architects, homeowners guiding them through product selections and design options that elevate both function and style. You'll work on showroom presentations and quoting from detailed plans, using your design flair and consultative approach to create beautiful, practical spaces that reflect each client's vision.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome clients to our state-of-the-art showroom, providing a warm, inspiring, and professional experience.
  • Interpret and quote directly from architectural plans and drawings, accurately translating design concepts into practical solutions and costings.
  • Understand each client's needs and translate them into creative design and product recommendations.
  • Confidently present our premium kitchen and bathroom ranges, highlighting unique features, finishes, and innovations.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes using our CRM system, maintaining proactive follow-up throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Operations, and Project teams to ensure a seamless transition from concept to installation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with builders, designers, and architects, becoming their trusted partner for premium kitchen and bathroom projects.
  • Achieve quarterly sales and client satisfaction targets while upholding our commitment to service excellence.

Why You'll Love Working with Us
  • Outstanding earning potential: Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions - your success determines your rewards.
  • Beautiful showroom environment: Work in an inspiring, design-led space where creativity meets craftsmanship.
  • Comprehensive training & onboarding: Learn our products, quoting systems, and consultative sales process through structured development.
  • Supportive team culture: Join a collaborative, professional environment where achievements are recognised and celebrated.
  • Career growth: Be part of a growing brand offering advancement opportunities in design, sales, or leadership.
  • Flexible scheduling: Enjoy a balance of showroom hours and client visits (some weekend work required).

About You
  • 4+ years' experience in kitchen, bathroom, interiors, or home improvement sales, ideally within a showroom or design consultation setting.
  • Proven ability to read and quote from architectural plans and drawings with accuracy and confidence.
  • Experience working with homeowners, builders, and architects to deliver tailored design solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - engaging, professional, and client-focused.
  • A consultative, design-driven sales style that combines creativity with commercial awareness.
  • Skilled in CRM and quoting systems, with strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and passionate about design and customer experience.
  • Valid driver's licence for on-site consultations.
  • Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.
