A high profile **Federal Government Department** is looking to engage **MULTIPLE** experienced **Project Support Officers **to a major ICT program delivering a large funding system to Australians. The successful **Project Support Officers **will secure **an initial 6-month contract plus extension options, and a rewarding hourly rate.**

The successful **Project Support Officers **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Develop and support the delivery of relevant project, governance and assurance reports.
- Undertake a wide range of administrative support activities including secretariat, brief and paper development, procurement, recruitment and contract management activities, and project and financial reporting

The successful **Project Support Officers **will have experience in the following:

- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including ability to meet deadlines with competing
- priorities and delivering work to a high standard with good attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communication aptitude.
- Ability to draw on a range of reference materials to prepare detailed reports both periodically and ad-hoc.
- Ability to make decisions with some autonomy and undertake work of moderate complexity under limited supervision.
- Ability to analyse reports and information and identify and contribute to the resolution of issues and problems.
