A high profile, large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage **MULTIPLE **experienced **ICT Project Support Officers **to join a long term program of work. You will be responsible providing diverse administrative and IT related project support tasks for the delivery of inflight and upcoming programs. The successful **ICT Project Support Officers** will be offered an initial **12-month contract partnered with long term extension options.**

**The successful ICT Project Support Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to;**
- Work with project teams to administer and coordinate a range of program/project activities including the production, delivery and management of project schedules, budgets, reporting requirements, delivery of project artefacts and identification of issues
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, displaying high level interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Use, adapt and work across various delivery methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid)
- Manage several projects, priorities and tasks.

**The successful ICT Project Support Officers must have experience in the following;**
- Demonstrated experience working on ICT Projects, providing support in administering and coordinating a range of program/project activities including monitoring and reporting on the status of deliverables
- Well developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with established projects and program priorities and frameworks
- Demonstrated experience across a range of administrative and program support services.
