**About the role**

We have an opportunity for either a highly skilled administrator or an optical industry experienced person to join our Partnership Development team as a Partnership Development Assistant. This person will be reporting to the Partnership Development Manager and assisting them with a range activities to grow and develop our Joint Venture Partnership program. Day to day duties typically involve:

- Responding to EOIs from prospective Partners.
- Qualifying leads and prospective Partner suitability.
- Assisting with sourcing new prospective Partners internally and externally.
- Monitoring and updating records on the JVP pipeline of activity.
- Liaising with property and area management teams on store availability and construction related activities for prospective JVPs.
- Generating routine and ad-hoc JVP related reporting for various stakeholders.
- Implementing JVP marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating JVP events and development activities.

**About the person**

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a new challenge but with a lot of grass roots retail and optometry experience to share. The ideal person will have:

- 2-3 years of either strong administration experience or optical industry experience, preferably in store leadership roles or working in a franchised business.
- Strong Google Sheets or MS Excel skills.
- Highly organised, detail orientated with strong record keeping skills and able to work with multiple active projects and tasks.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build meaningful relationships with others.
- Able to work proactively with mínimal supervision.
- Able to identify and confidently collaborate with all stakeholders up to senior management.
- Hands-on, volunteer attitude to problem-solving, must have a continuous improvement mindset.
