**About our team**
You will be part of a small team of two who are responsible for growing the partnership space and managing all existing partner relationships. We have lots of opportunity and not enough time. We are relaxed and love to have a laugh but are very driven and focused on success.

**About the role**
We are an exciting fintech that has transformed the process of accessing, buying and managing business insurance for SME’s. We are doing great things in the direct-to-consumer space and we are looking for an experienced and energetic Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth in our partnerships space.
As the Partnerships Development Manager you will use your existing networks and your sales and relationship skills to onboard different kinds of partners including white label partners, associations and referral partners.
Your target partner will be associations and groups with an SME member base, businesses with SME customers (e.g. accountants) for referral relationships or large businesses with a volume SME customer base for white label insurance offerings.

**Day to day responsibilities -**
- Identify and qualify a prospect database.
- Pitch and secure partnerships for the white label and associations space
- Develop a pipeline of referral partners and develop relationships to drive increased conversion.
- Maintain and manage your partner relationships through conversion, maintenance and continued growth.

**What do I need to be successful?**
- Have excellent business development skills, a business driver mentality with a love for sales and building relationships.
- A strong history of sales, business development and account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Commitment to deadlines and able to handle conflicting priorities;
- A customer fanatic mentality
- Have a positive outlook and see obstacles as challenges to overcome
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your attention to detail and your capability to meet tight deadlines whilst juggling competing priorities.
