**Qualifications & Experience**

- Extensive experience in procurement, contract administration, and tendering.
- Government experience, highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and legislation.
- Proficiency in contract management systems (preferably Open Windows).
- Experience in probity management and compliance auditing.
