**Job Description**:
- Own the overall relationship in conjunction with a portfolio of strategic partners, and drive partner health as measured by licence consumption, overall usage of Damstra Solutions, retention/renewal metrics
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship spanning both technical expertise and strategic account management
- Develop a Partner Success Plan (PSP) for each customer to guide conversations and track daily activities to achieve specific, strategic business outcomes
- Actively drive value realisation of Damstra within our most strategic and complex partner environments
- Conduct in-depth adoption assessments with various patner teams.
- Advocate Damstra best practices, and drive evangelisation within partner organisations via Virtual and Live Adoption Accelerators.
- Identify training/services gaps and opportunities for expansion and enhancement
- Become a proficient user of Damstra software, with the ability to demo our product to partner and lead partners through in-depth conversations about product features and use cases
- Act as initial ‘gatekeeper’ for partner escalations and properly triage or directly address these situations
- Develop success offerings and collateral, that allow us to deliver value
**Qualifications**:
- Administrative experience essential
- 3-5 years’ professional sales experience highly desirable, particularly in IT solutions but not limited to: pre/post sales consulting, professional services, management consulting, and technical program management
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM’s critical
- Year 12 Certificate: (Equiv.) Minimum
- Cert III in Admin/Business/I.T., Desirable
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work remotely
