We are seeking a Specialist Resources & Operational Equipment Coordinator to provide support for our Operational Logistics Department. This is a Full Time, Permanent position currently based at South Melbourne with WFH/Hybrid options available.
About the role
Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the Logistics Support Officers allocated to Specialist Resources & Operational functions to ensure vehicles are changed over in a timely manner to support the Fleet Maintenance program. This includes staff rostering and supervision
- Assist the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in the review of procedures and processes
- Provide the primary interface to Specialist Resources functions to enable the utilisation of any resource, by any stakeholder, at any time
- Negotiate and manage the availability of operational equipment as required

About you

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
- Experience working in a comparative fleet or logistics environment
- Contract management experience preferable
- Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enable the identification of issues and appropriate path to resolution, including timely escalation to management and interaction with appropriate stakeholders
- Current Victoria Heavy Rigid driver's license
