We are seeking a motivated, energetic and natural leader to join our team as the **Returns Team Leader**. This role will work alongside the returns team and oversee the day to day duties whilst lending a hand to our dispatch team from time to time too.

**This position offers FULL-TIME hours, Monday to Friday.**

**Responsibilities**
- Open, inspect and process all returns
- Ensure all returns are in accordance with the St Frock return policy
- Sort returned stock for warehouse staff
- Assist the team with processing returns orders to achieve daily KPI targets
- Make sure all returns are processed fully within the return time frame
- Support Managers with training and getting daily tasks completed
- Motivate the team to achieve KPIs
- Oversee team's performance, helping teams to understand and follow set processes
- Process improvement - suggesting new and better ways to do things
- Assist with tech setup or upgrades

**Ideal background**
- Prior warehousing experience (ideally in apparel)
- Leadership - either as a senior team member, team leader or supervisor
- Great communicator - clear with instructions and follow-up
- Computer literate
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently
- Has used WMS and ERP platforms previously
- Demonstrated ability to work to multiple deadlines & multi-task
- Highly organised with an ability to work quickly and accurately
- Can-do’ attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
