**We are looking for an Impact Programs Manager** to join the Atlassian Foundation team and meaningfully advance our progress towards these goals.
Our team backs ambitious and innovative nonprofits and social enterprises with a powerful combination of Atlassian’s people, funding, products and practices. Atlassian, a co-founder of the Pledge 1% movement, contributes 1% of its equity, profit, employee time and products to the Atlassian Foundation to have a positive impact on a global scale. We are a passionate enabler of teamwork and collaboration in the social impact sector.
This role is focused on leading and contributing to our impact programs that support and enable nonprofit and social impact teams with Atlassian products, practices, and ways of working.
**The Impact Programs Manager position is an **8-month contract** role on the Atlassian Foundation team.**
**Compensation**
Zone A: $114,300 - $152,300
Zone B: $102,800 - $137,100
Zone C: $94,800 - $126,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
**Responsibilities**:
This role will require someone super-efficient who can work nimbly and collaboratively on a small agile team while managing stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners. You’ll excel at managing multiple programs.
We’ll be looking for you to be skilled in understanding the ways of working challenges faced by social impact teams (nonprofits and social enterprises) and serve as a bridge that connects social impact teams with the Atlassian Foundation’s resources.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Management of four Atlassian Foundation nonprofit support and enablement programs including:
- Meeting with Atlassian Foundation partners to define problems and analyse needs, directing them to the correct support program
- Collaborating with relevant Atlassian teams for recruitment and onboarding of volunteers and solution partners
- External promotion of the programs to nonprofits in collaboration with Foundation team’s marketing specialist and partnership managers
- Overseeing engagements between solutions partners and volunteers with social impact teams, and providing ongoing support to these engagements.
- Collating program feedback and sharing results to internal and external stakeholders
- Administering and managing relevant program budgets
- Impact monitoring and evaluation across all programs including administering surveys, completing interviews and analysing results
- Continual improvement and iterations on program designs based on learnings
- Collaborating with Accenture, an Atlassian strategic partner, for the delivery of global workshops
Qualifications:
**On your first day, you will bring**:
- Have extensive experience working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Atlas, etc) and Atlassian’s playbook.
- Human-centered design skills (problem framing, design research, user interviewing) - An ability to define ways of working and tooling challenges of nonprofits through exploratory conversations
- A robust track record of success as a program/project manager with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders often with conflicting needs and priorities
- Experience prioritising, managing, and tracking multiple complex projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A strong desire to provide “delightful” experiences for volunteers and nonprofits and collate feedback to learn and improve these experiences
- A bias for action, constantly striving to get things done.
- A problem solver mindset; willing to adapt when necessary; comfortable with ambiguity, and empowered to “be the change you seek”
- An ability to communicate well with stakeholders from all across the business at many different levels, and enjoy it
- A high level of comfort working with remote/hybrid teams and the ability to work with an eclectic mix of geographically dispersed stakeholders; willing to coordinate among different global time zones and be available for periodic early morning or late evening calls
- A comfortable, proven self-starter with the ability to drive an idea from inception to execution, always with a mindset of measurement, evaluation, learning and iteration.
