Workplace Advisory Manager

As the Workplace Advisory Manager, you will provide leadership and management of the Workplace Advisory Team in delivering best practice organisational advisory services, including incident scoping and resourcing.
The Workplace Advisory Team provides support, coaching and guidance to leaders and managers for workplace issues and incidents, predominantly via telephone and video.
Our team is expanding as a result of our continued growth and this role is important in setting direction and driving quality. You will utilise your skills and experience in defining service models, ensuring quality measures and metrics are in place, providing direct customer/leaders support, leading a team to deliver best-in-class services, and guiding organisations on suitable interventions for their organisation.

- Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Social Work
- Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
- Direct experience leading others
- Experience in a business setting
- Broad experience across the full range or work, health and life issues
