- About the Role
- Joining the Global Business Services, HR Services team, you will be a member of a dynamic, professional, motivated and caring team with a focus on supporting leaders, uplifting data quality and ‘big picture’ thinking.
- As a HR Service Partner, you will be accountable for:

- Leading HR data uplift through proactive engagement with leaders, ensuring accurate and timely master data processing
- Act as a concierge for line leaders to handle complex or sensitive HR transactional cases which require escalation management and drive for resolution across HR sub functions
- Identify performance gaps and drive improvement across all aspects of the HR transactional value chain
- Collaborate with, coach and educate leaders to support planning activities, policy interpretation and execution of people changes
- Work closely with our executional HR Operations team and provide Operational specific context and coaching to support accurate and timely execution
- Provide support for restructures and employee condition changes, including org structure changes, bulk people changes and implementation of conditions changes against industrial instruments.
- Execute HR projects and initiatives aligned to the operational priorities of the team and function
- About You
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, customer services, problem solving, organisational skills will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes
- Experienced HR professional with strong HR process, governance, data analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information from various sources, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature
- Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems with experience using SAP, Success Factors and payroll (would be of benefit)
- Experience in working in a global environment would be beneficial as is qualifications in HR.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and can actively identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility
