**In this Small Business Banking role, you will**:

- Understand our customers’ needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
- Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy, to increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
- Manage small business lending requests up to $1.5 million, and home lending up to $5 million.
- Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
- Build an exciting career in an innovative, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

**What you'll bring**:

- Lending experience within retail or business bank
- Excellent ability to understand and grow the SME Market and gain local area knowledge
- Strong customer and relationship management
- Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
