We are currently looking to engage a Systems Integration and Testing and Commissioning Lead to join our Technology and Communications team. The role will be primarily responsible for all aspects of Systems Integration and Test & Commissioning policies, standards, and process across the project.

As a key member of the Transport & Technology Division, the Systems Integration and Test & Commissioning Lead is responsible for the support and assurance of project delivery, including involvement in process and standards associated with planning, design reviews, construction, systems integration, testing & commissioning, documentation, and handover of the required services. The Systems Integration and Test & Commissioning Lead plans, coordinates, and allocates engineering and assurance resources to support the project.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in civil engineering, rail systems, electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Eligible to be a Chartered Engineer or equivalent.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in multi-disciplined design in large scale engineering projects
- Experience in coordination and implementation in integration of multiple systems across separate geographical locations and the testing and commissioning of railways, airports, or highly complex buildings
- Knowledge in Systems for Electrical/Mechanical/Communication Engineering.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment.
