**Sales Consultant**
Our Retention Sales Team is on the hunt for new consultants who can bring great customer service, sales skills and overall talent to the team

This role will see you in charge of your annual earnings and utilize your people-skills to answer existing customer inbound calls with some outbound activity to mix up your day and help us maintain and expand our customer base

**You will need**:

- Customer Service/Sales experience
- Ability to communicate with clarity and a friendly tone.
- Capacity to maintain focus, stamina and optimism when dealing with objections.
- Basic computer literacy and problem solving skills.
- Healthy competitive drive and desire to achieve goals and targets.

We have full time permanent opportunities to join our successful Retention team, working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday between 9am - 5:30pm with a day off during that week.

**The Perks**:

- UNCAPPED COMMISION + full time earnings. OTE of $76,000 (Salary + Commissions) plus super on top
