***What You'll Do**
**As the Country Manager for ANZ, you will be the ultimate owner of our regional success. You will**:
- Be a Growth Catalyst: Lead our sales strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand, driving new logo acquisition and expanding our footprint within our existing customer base.
- Build & Inspire: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the Charge: Act as a true general manager for the ANZ region, orchestrating the efforts of cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, business development, and operations, to achieve a unified vision and exceed ambitious goals.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture key relationships with our most important enterprise and commercial customers, becoming a trusted advisor and champion for their success.
